Moonbench is a very small workshop. We use AI tools to help with the busy work: checking what you've asked for, preparing designs and print files, and keeping track of orders.
A person looks over every order before it's made, and checks the finished pieces before they're posted. If something isn't right, a person decides what happens next, not a bot.
We'll always tell you plainly what we can and can't promise about a thing we make.
